Statement Of Faith

1. The Bible is the inspired, infallible, and ultimately authoritative Word of God.

2. There is one Supreme God existing forever in three persons – the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

3. Jesus Christ is the son of God born of the Virgin Mary. Fully God and fully human, Jesus of Nazareth lived a perfect, sinless life, so that his sacrificial death on the cross could pay the penalty for mankind’s sin, and offer mankind reconciliation with God.

4. After His death and burial Jesus was bodily resurrected by God His Father, ministered publicly, and visibly ascended to the right hand of the Father. There is an appointed future time when Jesus will personally return to earth in power and glory.

5. Mankind is separated from God by sin. Mankind cannot be reconciled to God through human effort.

6. Reconciliation to God comes to mankind only through salvation, which is secured by placing all faith and trust in the forgiveness, grace, and mercy of Jesus Christ.

7. The ministry of the Holy Spirit empowers Christians to live a victorious earthly life in Christ, and to exercise spiritual gifts, which grow and strengthen the church and spread the gospel.

8. Every person will give an account before God of the stewardship of their earthly life.
